After 10.1” Samsung now shift to 11.6” screen.
Rumors have spread that this year Samsung going to release its world’s
largest touch screen tablet in the market. Rumors are also there that
Samsung will release its next Avatar of Samsung Galaxy S series i.e. Samsung Galaxy S 3 with Exynos 2.0 GHz quad-core processor, Super AMOLED 3 screen and 1.5 GB RAM.

The new 11.6” tablet would have same Super AMOLED 3 screen with 2560X1600 of resolution. This tablet would be supported by Exynos 5250 chipset processor which has two Cortex-A15 cores running at 2.0GHz. Same as in Samsung Galaxy Note this tablet would have S-Pen with which we can do more with the tablet. If this will be provided then the fun of 11.6” will get double.
Other specs could be 1.5 GB or may Samsung
could implement its 2 GB RAM in it, 8 MP full HD camera as in Galaxy
Note and 2 MP HD camera for video conferencing, support of 4G LTE &
3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v3.1. OS is not declared but sayings are that it
could have Android v4.0.2 or v4.0.3.
